Corporate Finance Associate Director
Artemis Human Capital is proud to be exclusively partnering with a prestigious Corporate Finance firm based in Belfast, as they expand their team by appointing a Corporate Finance Associate Director in Derry. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in the firm’s strategic growth and success.
The Role:
As the Corporate Finance Associate Director, you will lead and manage high-profile transactions, including M&A, valuations, and fundraising projects. You will be responsible for driving business development and building strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end corporate finance transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s presence in the North West market.
- Provide strategic financial advice, including valuations, due diligence, and financial modelling.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
- Extensive Corporate Finance experience – gained in Practice, Industry, or Banking.
- ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex transactions.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strategic mindset with the drive to contribute to the firm’s growth.
