Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an award-winning financial advisory firm in their search for a Client Experience Specialist to lead and enhance their bespoke client service. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, confident communicator who enjoys and excels at organisation and providing effective business support.
Your Role:
- Be the welcoming face of the business, ensuring a professional and seamless client experience.
- Design and deliver an outstanding client journey, from first contact to ongoing relationship management.
- Support office operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in managing the Managing Director’s diary and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a well-organised office environment, including meeting room coordination and hospitality.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a client-facing role in a high-quality service environment (professional business/hospitality).
- Strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills and a solution orientated approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident communicator who can liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks.
Remuneration:

- £25,000-£30,000 dependent on experience.
- 36.5 hours per week with an early finish on Fridays (Hybrid: 4 days office-based, 1 day remote)
