The Job…
Working closely with the firm’s senior management team, you will be involved across the following areas:
- Leading corporate finance engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Maintaining & developing excellent client relationships & identifying areas for business growth.
- Working with the team to deliver on a variety of CF projects, e.g. mergers & acquisitions, succession planning, & valuations etc.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
- You will be an experienced corporate finance professional, ideally coming from a practice or banking background. Those with relevant CF experience within industry will also be considered for this role.
- You will have proven business development experience and excellent communication to build client relationships.
- Ideally, you will possess your ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Experience in M&A/deal advisory/transaction services is essential for this role.
