Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a longstanding, leading law firm in their search for an Administrative Assistant. This is a varied role that will work within a warm and welcoming team, providing administrative support to a busy legal office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing trial bundles and briefs for counsel
  • Covering reception duties when required
  • Managing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling.
  • Attending court hearings, liaising with witnesses, taking detailed notes, and preparing attendance report
  • Performing hand deliveries and collections when required
  • Ordering office supplies/supplies/stationery
  • Carrying out any additional administrative tasks as required

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and detail orientated
  • Personable and professional approach
  • Good IT skills – MS Suite
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude
