Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnered with a market-leading law firm who is searching for an experienced real estate finance solicitor. You will be working on high-value transactions across NI and ROI jurisdictions.

The Role:
You will play a key role in advising on and delivering legal solutions for a wide range of real estate finance matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and reviewing security documentation, including debentures, legal charges, deeds of release, partial releases, and deeds of discharge of receivers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Managing the execution of documents using Powers of Attorney, providing practical solutions to facilitate complex transactions.
• Collaborating with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless completion of financial arrangements.
• Providing strategic legal advice on real estate-backed financing deals, demonstrating strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Existing case load and clients.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in real estate finance or secured lending.
• Proven expertise in drafting security documentation and managing execution processes.
• Strong understanding of NI and ROI jurisdictions and their legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
