This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in commercial property transactions to make a significant impact within a respected and growing firm.
About the Role
As a Partner in the team, you will lead on a wide range of commercial property matters, providing strategic legal advice to a diverse client base that includes:
- Developers
- Investors
- Financial institutions
- Landlords and tenants
With a particular emphasis on property finance, distressed property, and securitisation, you will play a key role in driving complex transactions to successful completion, often under tight deadlines and high-pressure circumstances. Your expertise will enable you to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions that meet the needs of clients.
About You
- Extensive experience: You will have a deep understanding of all aspects of commercial property law, with a history of successfully advising clients in this field.
- Calm under pressure: Known for your ability to remain level-headed in challenging situations, you excel at ensuring deals are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Dual qualification: You are qualified to practise in England and Wales as well as Northern Ireland, enabling you to work seamlessly across jurisdictions.
- Client-focused: You have a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and understanding client needs.
