Artemis Human Capital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Legal Secretary to join our client’s litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal secretary with a strong background in litigation support who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Assisting with case management by organising and maintaining litigation files.
- Communicating professionally with clients, court staff, and third parties to coordinate case updates and information requests.
- Managing solicitors’ schedules, including arranging meetings, court appearances, and other key appointments.
- Supporting trial preparation by assisting in the preparation of trial bundles, liaising with witnesses, and coordinating evidence and exhibits.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a litigation team.
- Excellent knowledge of legal document management systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
