Our client is looking for an ambitious & experienced corporate finance manager to support with their recent growth. The Job…

Working with the firm’s dynamic corporate finance department, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with & developing excellent client relationships.
  • Financial modelling.
  • Preparation of valuation reports.
  • Overseeing & managing due diligence assignments.
  • Managing sale & purchase assignments for a varied client portfolio.

The Ideal Candidate…

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • 2-3 years PQE experience working within a corporate finance background.
  • Proven communication skills.
