The Job…
Working with the firm’s dynamic corporate finance department, you will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with & developing excellent client relationships.
- Financial modelling.
- Preparation of valuation reports.
- Overseeing & managing due diligence assignments.
- Managing sale & purchase assignments for a varied client portfolio.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- 2-3 years PQE experience working within a corporate finance background.
- Proven communication skills.
