Corporate Finance Manager
The hiring firm are wanting to add a new Corporate Finance Manager due to sustained growth.
The hiring firm deliver a lot of work throughout NI across multiple sectors, and you will also gain exposure to ROI and US transactions.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Belfast.

The Role:
- Buy & sell-side due diligence.
- Financial & commercial appraisal.
- Business planning.
- Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up.
- Management of project team- preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable.
- Building & developing sustainable client relationships.
- Participation in business development activities.
The Person:
- ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong previous experience within a due diligence/TS/ Deal Advisory focused role.
- Good knowledge & understanding of the financial due diligence process.
- Experience of working on PE transactions is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
