Corporate Finance Director

The hiring firm are wanting to add a new Corporate Finance Director due to sustained growth and expansion as they have recently been acquired by a large PE firm.

The hiring firm deliver a lot of work throughout NI and you will also gain exposure to ROI and US transactions.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Belfast.

The Role:

• Oversee buy & sell-side due diligence.
• Financial & commercial appraisal.
• Business planning.
• Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up.
• Management of project team – preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable.
• Building & developing sustainable client relationships.
• Participation in business development activities.

The Person:

• ACA qualified (or equivalent). 8+ years PQE
• Strong experience within in a Deal Advisory/ TS/ Valuations environment
• Experience leading teams
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
