Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on M&A transactions and corporate law matters.
• Collaborating closely with senior legal professionals on complex and high-value deals.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional legal advice.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven solicitor who is passionate about corporate law and eager to develop their expertise in M&A. Key requirements include:

• Experience: 2–5 years PQE in corporate law, with exposure to M&A transactions.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Education: Strong academic background in law.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellence.
