Role Overview
You will play a key role in managing and executing audits from planning through to completion. This position involves working closely with clients, guiding junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic setting, managing a diverse portfolio of clients and engaging in a range of challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and complete audits for a portfolio of clients across various sectors.
- Lead audit engagements, including supervising and mentoring junior auditors.
- Review financial statements, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate findings to clients and provide insights to enhance financial processes.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a key point of contact.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical audit and accounting issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified accountant.
- 2+ years of audit experience within a leading practice
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
