Corporate Finance Analyst

They are seeking a dynamic Corporate Finance Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Origination & Execution: Lead mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.
- Financial Modelling & Valuations: Develop comprehensive financial models, including discounted cash flows (DCF), comparable company analysis, and merger models.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide innovative strategic advice to clients on market positioning, growth strategies, and investment structuring.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout deal processes.
- Market & Sector Research: Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify potential investment and partnership opportunities.
- Pitch & Presentation Development: Prepare and present pitch books, investment memoranda, and transaction proposals.
- Team Leadership: Support the development of junior team members through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Qualified accountant with minimum 3 years experience in a fast paced finance department.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative financial solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite professionals.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and commercial approach.
