£ Competitive + Excellent Commission (OTE £40k)
Our client is a household name in Northern Ireland and due to continued organic and strategic growth, they are seeking motivated Field Sales Specialists to join their warm and welcoming team who will drive sales and builds strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximise sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Report on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in field sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Resilience and hard working
- Valid driver’s license and own your own vehicle
