Digital Marketing Executive – Part Time

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be exclusively help our client, a local dynamic and energetic law firm with the recruitment of a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. This is a new role for the firm and they are interested in speaking with creative candidates who are able to work on their own initiative whilst bringing creative ideas to enhance their digital presence, drive engagement, and support their business development goals through effective digital strategies and event management.

This role will be on a Part Time basis and offer excellent flexibility for working hours.

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing all digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising. In addition, this role will coordinate and manage events to promote services and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee the firm’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Create and curate engaging content, monitor trends, and manage online community engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop and execute content strategies for the firm’s website, blog, and digital platforms. This includes writing articles, press releases, and newsletters, ensuring content is optimized for SEO.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns to nurture client relationships and generate leads. Track and analyse performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • SEO/SEM: Manage search engine optimization and search engine marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to track the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Event Management:

  • Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, seminars, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, venues, and other external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Promotion & Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events through digital channels. This includes email invitations, social media promotion, and partnerships with industry organisations.
  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Manage post-event communications, including surveys, thank-you emails, and content distribution.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software is a plus.
  • SEO/SEM Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and experience with Google AdWords.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and clients at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
