FP&A Analyst

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience with financial modelling, and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics. Working in a dynamic environment, the FP&A Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting its ambitious expansion goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
  • Support the creation and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Effectively communicate budget and forecast updates to various departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including consolidation, variance analysis, and key financial metrics.
  • Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, providing insights into business performance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, using PowerPoint to communicate financial results, trends, and forecasts.
  • Assist in reviewing and analysing revenue recognition processes and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
  • Clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating clear, compelling presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
