This role will join a focused team of AP professionals, delivering operational Accounts Payable services to a number of business units. Typical duties will include:
- Invoice registration
- 3 way matching
- Timely and effective query resolution
- Payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensuring adherence to AP controls across multiple regions
- Building excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least 6 months current experience of working within a busy Accounts Payable environment
- Committed to the maintenance of established processes and systems
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible approach
- Ability to assimilate large amounts of information quickly & learn rapidly
