This role will join a focused team of AP professionals, delivering operational Accounts Payable services to a number of business units. Typical duties will include:

  • Invoice registration
  • 3 way matching
  • Timely and effective query resolution
  • Payment runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring adherence to AP controls across multiple regions
  • Building excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 6 months current experience of working within a busy Accounts Payable environment
  • Committed to the maintenance of established processes and systems
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible approach
  • Ability to assimilate large amounts of information quickly & learn rapidly
