Accounts Payable Specialist

Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working exclusively with this leading NI business to help them add to their growing Accounts Payable function.

The role:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations. Your expertise in query handling will be key in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes. You will be responsible for Invoice matching, query resolution, payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Strong Accounts Payable background with current experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in handling queries and discrepancies effectively.
  • Familiarity with PO systems and 3-way matching processes.
  • Experience in a shared services or high volume AP setting is advantageous
