Financial Planning Assistant

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious financial services organisation based in Belfast as they seek to hire a Financial Planning Assistant to join their growing team. This is a brand new position within the business  providing support to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team to help implement professional, efficient and compliant financial planning services to their clients.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working within financial services
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Effectively communicated complex financial information to clients through the development of data-driven reports and visuals
  • Ability to speak to external organisations to obtain client and portfolio information
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, and self-presentation when interacting with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and multitask
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
