The Role:

As a Commercial Litigation Director / Partner, you will:

• Manage a Team: Lead and mentor a team of junior solicitors and support staff to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Handle an Existing Caseload: Manage and progress a varied and complex caseload of commercial litigation matters.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and enhance the firm’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in commercial litigation cases.
• Lead and manage a team of litigators.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of legal documents.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Drive business development initiatives, including networking and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial litigation.
• Experience in managing a team and leading complex legal projects.
• Excellent business development skills with a track record of generating new business.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
