- Reason for role: current person in position will be retiring soon, full handover will be provided.
- Work Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
- Annual Leave: 22 days + 10 Statutory holidays (currently under review for increase)

Job Details
- Leadership Role: Lead the People function for the Group, reporting to the Group Head of Legal.
- HR Service Delivery: Provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, relations, benefits, and performance management.
- UKG Pro Implementation: Oversee the implementation and management of the new system for employees.
- Policy and Compliance: Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and ensure regulatory compliance, including changes to policies and contracts.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
- Benefits Administration: Manage Irish and UK life assurance, health insurance, and income protection schemes, as well as pension scheme administration and governance.
- People Strategy: Develop and implement the People Passionate strategy to attract, retain, and engage talent in alignment with organisational goals.
- Senior Leader Collaboration: Build strong relationships with senior leaders to understand and meet business needs effectively.
Required Expertise: Significant generalist HR experience, robust knowledge of Irish and UK employment law, experience with European Works Councils, strong communication, influencing skills, and a passion for working with people.
