Exclusive Opportunity: Newly Created Opportunity Learning and Development Manager(Part-Time)
- Location: Mid-Ulster
- Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 pro rata 3 days/week(can be flexible how you work this)
- Full Health cover
- 32 days leave/year

About the Role: Our client, a highly successful industry leader known for their fantastic work culture, is seeking a dynamic and creative Learning and Development Manager. This newly created role is designed to support the Board and Senior Executive team in achieving the full potential of their staff through continuous improvement of the company’s approach to learning and development.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement innovative learning and development programs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify training needs and drive employee growth.
- Create a positive learning environment that inspires and motivates staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving change and innovation.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
