Role Description:
The Credit Controller will report to the Head of Credit, managing their own set of customer accounts and performing a variety of credit control tasks. The role offers significant training and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Managing debt for a portfolio of commercial clients
- Participating in internal and external meetings
- Setting up and monitoring repayment plans
- Resolving queries promptly
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Allocating payments
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a credit / finance / legal setting
- Strong mathematical skills (high GCSE/A Level Maths scores advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
