Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a top tier, commercial law firm as they seek to appoint a Defence Litigation Solicitor to their growing team. Responsibilities: As a Defence Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse caseload of defence litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing court documents.
- Attending court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various litigation matters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Keeping abreast of legal developments and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in defence litigation.
- Strong litigation and case management skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, and drafting abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in handling defence litigation cases independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures in defence litigation.
