Cost Accountant – Engineering Firm

This Cost Accountant position is a with an engineering firm who have seen their revenue double over the last few years and are now wanting to add to their finance function to help with their growing demand. The firm are wanting to continue growing further and the Cost Accountant will play a pivotal role in working with the Finance Director to provide accurate costings, variance, analysis, and financial reports to boost company profitability.

This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to join a a small finance function with friendly and ambitious SMT leadership.

This is a permanent opportunity based in the Ballymoney area.

• Management accounts production
• Financial reporting
• Variance analysis
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Cashflow and P&L production

The Person:

• Qualified accountant or QBE
• Strong excel skills
• Experience with PowerBI is desirable
