Finance Manager – Engineering Firm

A top NI manufacturing firm are appointing a new Finance Manager to their finance function. This role will be pivotal in providing commercial insight and advice to different business units to help boost company performance and profitability.

As the Finance Manager you will be overseeing a team of two and report into group stakeholders with advice on how to improve profitability measures and controls to continue driving revenue north in this arm of the business. You’ll be heavily involved with accounts production, project accounting, and strategic decision making to improve efficiencies.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Derry.

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Propose new revenue models to boost profitability
• Project accounting
• Running day-to-day finance function

The Person:

• Qualified or PQ accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Advanced Excel user
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly analytical
