Investment Analyst – Private Equity Firm
An up and coming UK based Investment firm are looking to add an Investment Analyst to their Belfast based team. They are winning new work across the UK & Ireland and will be deploying new funds into NI based SME’s. They are looking someone from a qualified finance background with an aptitude for corporate finance and investments to join their Belfast team.
There isn’t many opportunities like this in NI and it’ll give you a great stepping stone into the corporate finance/ private equity world as you will be involved in a lot of financial analysis and financial modelling to support M&A work.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Belfast.

The Role:
- Financial modelling and company valuations
- Due diligence finance work
- Forecasting of company finances and assets
- Risk valuations
- Deal planning and strategy
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Advanced Excel user and experienced at financial modelling
- Excellent communication skills
