Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports, offering insight, analysis, and commentary on financial performance and trends, and provide perspectives on necessary actions.
- Develop annual and semi-annual plans and forecasts, challenging and driving financial growth goals, and scrutinizing planning assumptions from various angles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational reporting’s impact on financial performance understanding.
- Present pertinent financial data monthly.
- Implement and improve commercial procedures to optimize financial performance.
- Cultivate partnerships and rapport within the organization, offering proactive support for financial management and commercial decision-making.
- Conduct periodic financial skills training for business and practice groups, emphasizing project/matter economics and financial best practices.
- Assist in month-end billing processes by providing coaching and addressing issues.
- Address operational challenges, including revising existing practices for efficiency, revenue enhancement, and cost reduction.
- Undertake other ad-hoc activities as required by business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a third-level qualification in a relevant field, with ACA/ACCA preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance role.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, technical, and accounting skills.
- Exhibit a high level of commercial acumen and business awareness.
- Approach problem-solving with a calm and measured demeanor.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
