Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be assisting our client, a high-end retailer, with the recruitment of a Digital & CRM Specialist due to continued growth.
The Role
Due to continuing expansion, my client are looking to grow their Marketing Team through the addition of an exciting new role, Digital and CRM Specialist. Working in collaboration with their Innovations, E-Comm and Retail teams along with third-party agencies, the Digital & CRM Specialist will play an important role in enhancing the digital customer experience, leveraging CRM data and digital marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
Having recently transitioned to a new CRM system (Salesforce), this is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a meaningful contribution to the business and drive forward digital strategy.
Criteria
Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferable
Maths & English GCSE C or above
1 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and various online marketing channels.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template editing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Great planning and organisation mindset to workload.
