FP&A Manager
Our client is a leading Belfast based business renowned for their innovative and collaborative work environment. They are currently seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This is a newly created and pivotal role with responsibility for delivering top-tier financial data and insights to internal stakeholders, aiding informed decision-making and acting as a strategic partner to the senior management team.
The Role:Â
- Ownership of the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish achievable financial targets
- Building financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, and drive business performance improvements
- Analyse financial results and key performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing profitability
- Lead various ad hoc financial analysis projects to support business initiatives and strategic planning efforts
- Business partnering with department heads to become a trusted advisor
The Person:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Demonstrated expertise in budget ownership and building complex financial models
- Strong business acumen and ability to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
