The Role
- Lead  financial management functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop accurate and timely financial statements
- Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems to ensure precise product costings and profitability analysis
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, nurturing their professional development
- Business partnering to drive efficiencies and enhance financial performance
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads
The Person
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Experience within the food or manufacturing industry is essential
- Previous cost accounting experience
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment and meet challenging deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders
