Associate Financial Advisor
An ambitious and dynamic financial services organisation based in Belfast is seeking to hire an Associate Financial Advisor to join their growing team. This is a newly created position within the firm ideally suited to an experienced paraplanner that has the ambition and skill set to become a Financial Advisor. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership within the firm to undertake structured training and progress quickly.
The Job
Working closely with the firm’s senior leadership & wider team, you will be involved in the following:
- Shadowing one of the firm’s senior financial planners in order to train and develop your skill set, with the aim of becoming a capable financial planner.
- Overseeing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they are provided with a top class level of service.
- Ensuring excellent client relationships are maintained & developed.
- Spotting opportunities for business growth & development.
The Candidate
- Level 4 qualified (essential)
- Strong previous experience in a paraplanning or financial planning focused role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious & proactive
- Passionate about becoming a financial planner/advisor
