Senior Working Capital Assistant
Artemis are excited to be working in partnership with our longstanding client to hire a talented Senior Credit professional to join their dynamic Working Capital team on a permanent basis. This role will provide Billing Revenue & Credit Control support to their US operations and require the post holder to work US shifts to deliver the work effectively.

The role:
Reporting to the Team Lead and Manager, you will be responsible for financial administration across the breadth of billing, revenue and credit control functions.
- You will work in close partnership with billing specialists, fellow credit controllers as well as the wider finance function and key stakeholders across the Belfast & US offices.
- You will be a highly articulate communicator, adept at dealing with difficult situations diplomatically and capable of building good relationships across finance and non finance teams.
- You will be comfortable working with high level executives and delivering quality work to demanding deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail will be non negotiables for you when delivering your work
- You will be an adaptable, quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset and the desire to seek positive solutions
Experience:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years current experience in a billing revenue or credit control role – with a preference for credit control exposure in a professional services setting
- You will possess strong systems / IT skills
- You will have a track record of delivering targets to tight deadlines
- You will be able to attend the Belfast office for training in the initial stages of the role and thereafter from time to time for on-going professional development (this is a remote role but will require office attendance form time to time)
