Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working exclusively with a successful, longstanding based in Lisburn who are seeking a new Credit Controller due to an internal retirement.
They are seeking an experienced credit control professional to join the business on a permanent basis. Our client will consider a 4 or 5 day working week and offer flexibility with working from home.
This role will involve:
- Contacting customers through different methods to ensure debt is collected within agreed terms.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure payment terms are adhered to.
- Send out monthly statements and correspondence as needed.
- Generating and issuing sales invoices and credit notes.
- Analysis and allocation of all customer payments.
Experience required:
- Considerable proven experience in credit control – B2B.
- Confident communicator who is professional and personable.
- Capable of working within a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Solution orientated and proactive approach.
- Excellent IT skills.
Remuneration:
- £30,000-£35,000
- Hybrid working
- Flexibility with working hours
- Generous annual leave entitlement – 38 days
