Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working exclusively with a successful, longstanding based in Lisburn who are seeking a new Credit Controller due to an internal retirement.

They are seeking an experienced credit control professional to join the business on a permanent basis. Our client will consider a 4 or 5 day working week and offer flexibility with working from home.

This role will involve:

  • Contacting customers through different methods to ensure debt is collected within agreed terms.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure payment terms are adhered to.
  • Send out monthly statements and correspondence as needed.
  • Generating and issuing sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Analysis and allocation of all customer payments.

Experience required:

  • Considerable proven experience in credit control – B2B.
  • Confident communicator who is professional and personable.
  • Capable of working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solution orientated and proactive approach.
  • Excellent IT skills.

Remuneration:

  • £30,000-£35,000
  • Hybrid working
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Generous annual leave entitlement – 38 days
