Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters, including planning, compliance, and reporting.
- Stay informed about changes in tax legislation and ensure clients are informed and compliant.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their business needs to provide tailored tax solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive and integrated client service delivery.
- Take charge of corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Conduct regular reviews and implement improvements to streamline operations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the tax department.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification (CTA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with a strong background in corporate tax.
- Substantial experience in a corporate tax role within a reputable firm.
- In-depth knowledge of current corporate tax legislation and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to provide strategic tax advice.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
