Financial Controller

The hiring firm is a hospitality group based in the Magherafelt region. This position is needed due to continued growth of the business and is a great opportunity for any Financial Controller in the region to join an expanding company who operate in a very fast paced and dynamic sector.
As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function of the group and play a pivotal role in group account consolidations, business modelling, and commercial advisory on business decision making. The firm have 5+ locations across NI at the moment and are looking at potentially adding more.
This is a permanent opportunity based just in Magherafelt.
The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day group finance function
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Month-end reporting and accounts preparation
- Company tax and VAT requirements
- Group account consolidations
- Business modelling for new company sites
- Commercial advising to the board for decision making
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Management experience
- Advanced Excel user
- Excellent communication skills
