Trainee Financial Planner
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with a reputable and dynamic financial services organisation based in Belfast as they seek to hire a trainee financial planner to their growing team. This is a newly created role within the firm & they are keen to speak with applicants who are experienced paraplanners with the ambition and skill set to become a financial planner. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership within the firm in order to progress quickly to be able to oversee their own portfolio of the firm’s client base.
The Job…
Working closely with the firm’s senior leadership & wider team, you will be involved across the following:
- Shadowing one of the firm’s senior financial planners in order to train and develop your skill set, with the hope of becoming a capable financial planner.
- Overseeing a portfolio of existing company clients, ensuring they are provided with a top class level of service.
- Ensuring excellent client relationships are maintained & developed.
- Spotting opportunities for business growth & development.
The Ideal Candidate…
Our client are ideally looking for an experienced paraplanner who is passionate about pursuing a career as a financial planner/advisor. Our client will provide excellent training & support to the successful applicant. Other candidate criteria includes:
- Level 4 qualified (essential).
- Strong previous experience in a paraplanning or financial planning focused role.
- Excellent communication skills are pivotal for this position.
- Ambitious & proactive approach and work ethic.
- Passionate about becoming a financial planner/advisor.
