The Job…
Working closely with the wider team, you will be involved in:
- Supporting the management of the team’s portfolio from a credit & risk perspective.
- Engaging with clients & resolving queries quickly and efficiently.
- Assisting with due diligence processes.
- Identifying opportunities for further customer relationship development.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following:
- Strong previous experience within a customer service background (ideally within the banking or financial services sector).
- Proven ability to maintain excellent client relationships.
- ‘Can-do’ approach to problem solving.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
