Position Overview:

As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will play a vital role within the team. Providing assistance and representing clients who have suffered personal injuries due to accidents, medical negligence, RTA. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting legal research, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in court when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal matters in accessible terms.
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant personal injury legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
