Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global law firm in their search for a Legal Analyst to join their busy team. Our client is a premier international law firm renowned for its excellence and innovative legal solutions across various sectors. Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented law graduate to join its ALT Finance team as a Legal Analyst, specialising in finance transactions.
Position Overview: As a Legal Analyst within the Legal ALT Finance team, you will be a key player in supporting London-led finance deals across diverse areas such as energy finance, real estate finance, securitisation, and debt capital markets. Your role involves multifaceted transactional support, ensuring the seamless execution and efficiency of each deal.
This role is ideally suited to an ambitious law graduate who is looking to kick-start or further develop their legal career. You will gain first hand legal experience within a corporate environment and get access to high-quality London work. You will work with some of the best in the business and liaise with large scale household-name clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Law.
- Profound understanding of finance transactions and legal documentation.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
