Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an established, reputable group business within the FMCG sector. Our client has a new vacancy for an experienced Credit Controller to join the company on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your role will involve:
- Ensuring failed DD’s are collected in a timely manner.
- Arranging collection of assets.
- Collating weekly reports to be presented to Credit Control Manager.
- Liaising with third party debt recovery agencies to pursue legal action when necessary.
- Responsible for contacting allocated debtor accounts through multiple channels to ensure that these accounts are maintained and debt is kept to a minimum.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within credit control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of establishing and maintaining excellent relations with customers.
- Time management and organisation.
- Competent with Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Remuneration:
- Marketing leading salary – £28,000-£30,000.
- Hybrid working.
- On-site parking.
