Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with scaling, award winning business based in Portadown. This business has experienced a significant period of growth organically and strategically, with state of the art facilities and a fantastic culture they continue to go from strength to strength. They have a newly created role for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.

This role will involve:

· Responsible for contacting allocated debtor accounts to ensure that these accounts are maintained and debt is kept to a minimum.

· Inputting BACs, cash sales and credit card payments to system and reconciling.

· Maintaining customer records and ensuring they are correct, and amendments are made when required – addresses, telephone numbers.

· Opening new customer accounts, ensuring that processes are conducted correctly and credit limits and reports on potential new customers have been reviewed and adhered to.

· Collating data and reporting on debtor accounts.

· Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.

Experience required:

· Minimum of 3 years’ working within credit control.

· Experience working with B2B.

· Capable of adhering to weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.

· Can establish and maintain excellent client relationships with ease.

· Can work independently and as part of a wider team.

· Driven and resilient.
