Finance Manager (Fintech)
Artemis Human Capital is working in partnership with an innovative and ambitious Fintech business based in Belfast. Having recently secured further investment, the company is entering an exciting growth phase and is eager to appoint a Qualified Accountant to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function with the opportunity to work on key strategic projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing finance function within a fast-paced business on the cusp of scaling.
The Role
- Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts
- Variance analysis
- Summary commentary on monthly results
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Completion of external compliance requirements
- Oversight of bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable function
- Assist with annual statutory financial statement audit
- Business partnering
- Ad-hoc project work
The Person
- Fully qualified accountant
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical skills with a curious mindset
- Ambitious and eager to learn
