Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with an award winning, multi-site business based in Portadown. This business has experienced a significant period of growth organically and strategically and as a result, there is a newly created role for a Credit Controller to join the finance function.
This role will involve:
- Responsible for contacting allocated debtor accounts to ensure that these accounts are maintained and debt is kept to a minimum.
- Inputting BACs, cash sales and credit card payments to system and reconciling.
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring they are correct, and amendments are made when required – addresses, telephone numbers.
- Opening new customer accounts, ensuring that processes are conducted correctly and credit limits and reports on potential new customers have been reviewed and adhered to.
- Collating data and reporting on debtor accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ working within credit control.
- Experience working with B2B.
- Capable of adhering to weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.
- Can establish and maintain excellent client relationships with ease.
- Can work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Driven and resilient.
