Head of FP&A (exclusive)

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working exclusively with a hugely successful and highly acquisitive business to appoint a Head of FP&A.

Reporting to the CFO and with close interaction with the wider management team this is a high profile role, heavily involved in business strategy, extensive stakeholder management and M&A activity.

The Role:

  • Own and manage the FP&A function
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly financial reporting and divisional KPIs against budget
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring robust and efficient processes are in place
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyse results across the group and drive growth
  • Own and manage the planning and budgeting process
  • Compile and present commercial commentary and analysis

The Person:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret and manipulate data
  • Advanced Excel skills within experience of financial modelling
  • Ability to lead a team
  • A strategic thinker
  • Excellent business partnering skills
  • Previous experience within a corporate finance environment would be beneficial
