- Salary Range £45-55k
- 10% Bonus
- 35 Days Annual Leave (25 days +10 stats but the full 35 can be used for floating days)
- Hybrid Role flex 2 days in office 3 days WFH

In your new role, you will:
- Acting as a leader for the management team in relation to HR and developing a first-class employee experience
- Attracting talent, recruitment process, onboarding talent, performance management, motivation, and offboarding
- Deliver recruitment strategies and ensure the company is the employer of choice
- Employee training and development
- Leading the internal hiring process
- Leading staff well-being initiatives including rewards and recognition
- Managing the employee off-boarding process
- Performance management
- Providing the employee induction process
- Sourcing excellent talent
- You will be responsible for the creation and execution of our people strategy.
- You will Identify, develop, retain, and progress talent across our organisation.
Who You Are:
- A creative mindset, ready to think of and try new things
- Excellent stakeholder communication, strengthening relationships with HR, people managers, and employees across the business
- Experience in HR, people management, and with proven talent acquisition experience
- Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
