Reporting directly to the MD you will be a professional HR specialist who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

In your new role, you will:

Accurate processing of starters and leavers
Act as an organisational citizen & change agent to support the continuous improvement of the business
Conducting the onboarding and off-boarding process
Contribute to the company’s well-being and employee engagement strategy and liaise with marketing on employer branding activities
End-to-end management of high-volume recruitment processes, including international recruitment, visa administration and relocation arrangements
Ensuring legislative compliance & best practice adherence at all times
Generate HR reports & statistics to assist with operational management and decisions.
Identify learning and development opportunities and arrange suitable training and the creation of in-house bespoke training materials

Essential Criteria:

Degree in Human Resources Management OR qualified by experience OR CIPD membership
Strong experience in dealing with all core HR activities including disciplinary matters, performance management etc
Strong experience in dealing with high volume recruitment
Well organised with the ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
