This reputable and well established manufacturing company is situated in County Monaghan, In your new role you will design HR policies, procedures and programmes to help the business achieve its strategic goals and objectives.

  • €55,000-€70,000
  • Hybrid and Flex working

In your new role, you will:

  • Advise the Leadership team regarding pay & benefits
  • Coach, support and challenge the management team
  • Develop and deliver HRD initiatives, solutions and projects
  • Effective management of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, through onboarding to retirement
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are updated
  • Implement talent management programmes to attract, develop and retain talent
  • Maintain HR files and records
  • Manage employee relations
  • Support the training coordinator to ensure all mandatory training is delivered

Who you are:

  • 3rd level education
  • Associate CIPD qualified
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience working as a HR Manager/HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor/Senior HR Generalist, essential
  • Experience working within a fast paced, commercial, production led environment
  • Proven record of delivering value added HR solutions and initiatives
  • Passion for people and organisation development
  • Sound knowledge of NI and ROI employment law and best practice would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
