Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a Global Professional Services Entity-due to an internal growth roles like these do not come onto the market often so it is a great opportunity for a Professional Services Talent Acquisition/In-House Recruitment Specialist to take on their next challenge for 2024.

The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the Recruitment Administration team in Belfast.  This team supports resourcing activities and strategyfor experienced hire across the UK and UAE as well as interview management for both experienced hire and early careers across  Belgium, Netherlands and in the coming months France. There is also further global expansion planned later in the year

In your new role you will:

Have nine direct reports consisting of one Specialist, two Senior Administrators and six Recruitment Administrators to provide an excellent recruitment administration service across all processes.

  • You will be responsible for work allocation and the reporting of team performance and development. The recruitment administration team are responsible for several key recruitment processes:
  • Interview, offer management onboarding and induction across both experienced hire and additionally some early careers programmes in Europe and the UAE
  • Governance for employment contracts for the relevant offices working closely with our legal technology teams and Employee Relations team.
  • Have ownership of the pre-employment screening process, including the management of the relationship with Vero (pre-employment screening provider) as well as providing support for global employment checks on our HRIS
  • Providing co-ordination support for the global Resourcing Planning Committee process

Main Role and responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of escalation in respect of queries for the team both internally and in respect of relevant external suppliers
  • Contribute to recruitment optimisation initiatives, including working alongside global teams to support transition projects to Belfast HR SSC.
  • Drive data governance with employment contracts ensuring templates are compliant.
  • Manage the new joiner and onboarding process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience for all new joiners.
  • Manage the relationships across resourcing teams to enable a good understanding of the administration support they require.
  • Manage the team to ensure that the recruitment administration processes are being delivered efficiently and effectively and ensure end to end operational excellence. This will include working with SLA’s and metrics, driving data quality and peer checking of recruitment administration work.
  • Produce resourcing MI and regularly report back to the relevant Recruiting Managers to ensure they remain updated.
  • Responsible for championing the usage and effectiveness of our ATS – Kenexa BrassRing
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training and performance management of the Recruitment Administration Team.
  • Support and promote continuous improvement projects within the Recruitment Administration arena.

  • Proven experience of leading a recruitment administration team and the ability to identify and develop talent.
  • Proven experience of online candidate applicant tracking systems/ event management tools.
  • Role models consistent high performance and quality service, being an effective manager of self, team and task to ensure quality services are consistently delivered.
  • Strong functional resourcing knowledge of both systems and processes in multinational professional services or commercial organisations
  • Strong people management skills to build and maintain high-performing teams.

You will have an advantage if you have:

  • Graduate certification and preferably CIPD qualified.
  • Experience of working with both Kenexa BrassRing, and PeopleSoft.
  • Fluency in French.
