Business Banking Relationship Manager
Artemis Human Capital has recently partnered with a prominent local bank to appoint an experienced Relationship Manager for their highly successful business banking team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a client focused individual with previous lending / credit experience to join a collaborative and supportive team offering hybrid working and flexible hours.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of SME Business Banking customers
- Undertake regular customer meetings to deepen understanding and partnership approach
- Involvement in customer annual review process where required
- Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service
- Identify new to bank business opportunities across the bank’s product suite
- Prepare credit lending applications for new lending
- Work collaboratively across the wider banking group
The Person:
- Previous lending / credit experience
- Ability to work either individually or as part of a team in order to execute a strategic plan which delivers and sustains growth
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
